How does the website work?
Place your order, and we will email your secure Google Drive download link. If our team is online, delivery is usually in ~15 minutes; otherwise, within 1–8 hours.
What delivery options do you provide?
Default delivery is via Google Drive. On request, we can provide links/files via Pcloud or Mega.
What file types are included?
As described on each product page, courses can include videos (MP4/TS), audio (MP3), and documents (PDF/Word/PPTX). All files are high quality and ready for use across devices.
Do you issue CME certificates?
No. We provide educational materials only (videos, audios, and documents).
Can you source a course that isn’t listed?
Yes. Send the title and details to [email protected] or use the contact form, and we’ll try to make it available.
Are there any extra fees or taxes?
No. All courses are digital products. There is no shipping and no extra fee beyond the product price.
What if I need help accessing my files?
