MedCme.Center respects intellectual property rights and responds to valid notices.
1) Our Policy
We comply with 17 U.S.C. § 512 (DMCA). Upon receiving a complete, valid notice, we investigate and may remove or disable access to the identified material and/or links hosted or referenced on MedCme.Center, including listings, metadata, or access links delivered via third-party cloud services (e.g., Google Drive, Pcloud, Mega).
2) How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice
Your written notice must include:
- Physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed (or a representative list).
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material (exact URL(s) on MedCme.Center and, if applicable, related file names/IDs).
- Your contact information (name, mailing address, telephone, and email).
- Good-faith statement: “I have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.”
- Accuracy & authority statement: “The information in this notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, I am the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.”
Incomplete notices may be delayed until all elements are provided.
3) How to Submit a Counter-Notice
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material removed or disabled and its prior location.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of competent courts at your address (or where the service provider is found) and accepting service of process from the original complainant or their agent.
4) Repeat Infringer Policy
Where applicable, we may restrict or terminate access for users deemed repeat infringers and remove content or links at our discretion to protect intellectual property rights.
